Wood Furniture Tips
- Avoid placing in direct sunlight to keep from fading and discoloring.
- Do not use soap or abrasive cleaners
- Clean up spills as soon as they occur by blotting the food or liquid and then by wiping with a damp cloth
- Vacuum seat cushions periodically to remove dust and dirt
- Use a soft damp cloth to remove normal dust and dirt from the wood,
- Wood furniture should be dusted frequently. Use a lamb's wool duster, microfiber cleaning cloth, or cotton cleaning cloth.
- Dusting with a dry cloth can scratch your furniture so lightly spritz your duster with water, a spray duster , or wood polish.
- Never spray the polish directly on the furniture as it can cause furniture products to build up.
- Dust in the direction of the grain
Polyester Upholstery Tips
- Avoid placing in direct sunlight to keep from fading and discoloring.
- Vacuum fabric regularly with an upholstery attachment using low suction.
- Use a soft damp cloth to remove normal dust and dirt
- Wipe up spills immediately, as stains are harder to remove once they are set.
- Most minor stains can be cleaned using 1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid with 2 cups of cool water. Dab onto the stain with a clean, white cloth. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.
- Never use harsh cleaners.

- Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team at support@flbean.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt information.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
- Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at support@flbean.com to confirm the return.

- We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
- Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt information.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping for selected items.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@flbean.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
